GTA games has sort of real cities like la/san frackisko/las vegas, new york and miami? i think 
fahrenheit had new york i think.
max payne has new york
Hellgate: London
The Godfather has ny as well ?
call of duty has a number of not so well preserved cities, like berlin, stalingrad etc
cant think of anymore fpses with cities.
and do racing games like nfs have any genuine cities?

SCAR is an Italian racing game with tracks in real existing Italian cities, like Milan and Florence.

The Brothers in Arms series feature levels completely located in real existing European towns (Vierville, Carentan...), rebuilt using photos and documents from the WWII period.
