everything slow down

hello there,i have a bit of a problem here.i have played syberia up to komkolzgrad and then due to a problem with my pc i had to format it so i lost everything.when i tryed to play it again everything in the game is moving reeeeeaaaallyyyy slow.is it something i can do to fix it?

The problem you are experiencing occurs on systems with processors that support Hyperthreading. Fortunately, there is a patch to fix this. Download it here.
