Crash on galaxy tab s2

Hi there,

I'm stuck on the icy surface when the short man is threatening with the mammoth tusk. I think I have to make him move in a way that the ice will break and I hear different sound as he's moving more and more but suddently (I think when the ice is going to break) the games crashes and I get back to tablet main page (where all the apps are) getting a message that the program was halted and asking me if I want to submit an error report (I guess to Google). When I open again the game I'm back to main Syberia screen and if I choose continue I get to the last saved position that obviously is before the point where the game crashed. I tried many times but I always got a crash so I cannot continue the game.

Any suggestion/fix?

Android version is 6.0.1

I solved it as I read in the walk through what I had to do to go ahead (not what I thought). Still the program crashes if you keep moving on the icy surface.
