Help with Syberia II

I've read that I have to have a goblet to heal Hans with the candles but I can't get one! I see one in the bookshelves in the monastery but it won't let me pick it up.

I'm playing on XBox 360. (I do notice some video bugs running the XBox game on my newer 360 too).

Thanks Gail. I did finally get that the "Relic" was in fact the "Goblet" that I needed to hold the candle. I'm moving onward now!

Do you have any comment about the video "stuck" spots during game
play?
