I started a diet, because I'm so fat :?

I kept getting weight since I ate too much. And had medication which side effect was getting weight.

Now I weight 79 kilograms. It is 2 kilos less than week ago. 2 down 21 kilos to go...

I'll update to here my progress. You do not need to comment if you don't want to :lol:

Pifou, is it ok to keep a little diary about my diet here :?:

its not that bad..only 5 kg more than me :lol: :P

eating less would help but its damn hard to do so!

It wouldn't be that hard, if you every day, had to eat something you really hate.. And it wouldn't be very healthy do eat less anyway (ofcourse it depends on which kind of food it is.)

Shit - you weight more! Start smoking and drink coffee :) Just focus on other things than eating and set fixed times when you eat and when you don't eat.

Don't be sad about that, Senta. I'm pretty sure that if you just continue, you'll get to your goal.. And don't forget to be proud of yourself every time the weight goes down...

i have one more recomendation...exercise! You can run while its still not cold. its very good ;) i started runing 3 times per week, but only 1 km. and it takes less then 10 mins. I could run 2km in such time but now i am so out of shape :D
also you can do sit ups, push ups :D... there are all sort of exercises. you just have to find some strengh to beat laziness :D

loosing weight is a tough task. i respect people who have the gust to start doing it. :wink:

More exercise would be fine, I just need to find some time to start that... Now I do some exersise every morning to make my stomach little smaller. And I do many things during the day. Wash dishes, take garbage outside, rake leaves (we have lots of leaves in the yard :x ) etc.
